President and Chief Executive Officer

Joel has over 20 years of midstream energy experience primarily working in senior commercial development roles at Phillips 66, Statoil and Louis Dreyfus. His expertise includes development and negotiation of storage, pipelines, fractionation and export projects related to natural gas liquids. Joel pursued a BS in Mathematics from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Chief Operating Officer

Brad has over 26 years of experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream energy sectors.  Brad recently managed multiple construction companies focusing on midstream energy infrastructure. Prior to that, Brad served as VP of Engineering at Valero LP and NuStar Energy LP constructing over $1.6 billion in midstream assets. Mr. Ramsey holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.

VP of Operations

Don has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He is responsible for all Ocelot field operations.

Don has worked with Kinder Morgan, Highland Partners, Magellan Midstream, Chesapeake, CenterPoint Energy, Wildcat Midstream Partners and many other energy companies. He has trained at the Colorado School of Mines Gas Processing and The University of Texas Petroleum Extension and received training in EPA, PHMSA and OSHA Regulations. He is also a member of ASME, NFPA, and AWI.

Former Chief Commercial Officer and Partner of PE funded companies (Haddington I/IV) with 35 years diversified experience originating and developing midstream projects. Prior to focusing on private development, Michael held project origination roles at Enron and American Electric and Power. Michael holds a BS in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Houston.

VP of Business Development

Tyler joins Easton Energy Services with 10 years of commercial NGL and liquids experience with his most recent role as Director, NGL Origination and Business Development at Phillips 66. Prior to Phillips 66, Tyler spent time at Texon, LLC where he was responsible for negotiating purchase contracts for both NGL and condensate barrel in the Permian Basin and the Rocky Mountains. Tyler began his career in the energy business at Enterprise Products working with their NGL pipeline assets along the Gulf Coast. Tyler holds a BS in Political Science from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Rice University.

Director of Business Operations and Land

Jesse has over 28 years of experience in commercial and business development, an operations executive working with R360, Browning Ferris Industries, Severn Trent Systems, Allied Waste, Waste Management, Terminix, ERI and Home Depot. Throughout his career Jesse has focused on growing business unit profitability, improving efficiency, mergers and acquisitions, operations and increasing productivity while working with companies in the US, Mexico, Australia, Bermuda, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Japan and the EU.

Mr. Stallone received his Bachelor of Science from Auburn University and his MBA from OLLU.
