G.R. “Jerry” Cardillo
Jerry has over 40 years experience in Midstream Energy, Terminals and Petrochemicals. He has been a contributor in various upstream, midstream and downstream value chain assignments, most recently as President and CEO at Contanda Terminals LLC. Prior to Contanda, he spent 14 years as an integral part of the Enterprise Products team where he assumed overall leadership of the Petrochemical division in 2008, was named President of Marine Services in 2010 and was elected Group Senior Vice President in 2015. Jerry holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

Ross Dillon
Ross has over 15 years of experience in the midstream oil and gas industry, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Ocelot Energy. Prior to Ocelot, Ross was a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of Cavalcade Midstream. Before Cavalcade, Ross held various engineering, project management and operations roles with NuStar Energy, Kinder Morgan and El Paso Energy. Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

William Whaley
William joins Easton from his most recent role as Director of Finance at Zenith Energy. At Zenith, William oversaw budgeting, planning and treasury functions for both the international and North American businesses. Prior to Zenith, William was an investment banking analyst in the Energy and Power group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. William holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Baylor University.

Al Martinez
Al has 40 years of experience in Midstream Energy and Petrochemicals. He has extensive experience and institutional knowledge in Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs). He spent over 35 years with Enterprise Products where he served in various leadership positions; most recently as Senior Vice President, NGL Marketing and Supply. Al started his career with Tenneco Chemical prior to joining Enterprise. Before joining Easton, he served as Director of Commercial Development at Martin Midstream. Al also was a member of the GPA Statistical Committee and the PFAA Board of Directors. As a strong advocate of community service, he was a licensed peace officer in the State of Texas and was commissioned by the Harris County Sheriff’s Department as a Deputy Sheriff in the Reserve Patrol Division for 15 years. Al also served 4 terms-13 years on the Cypress-Fairbank ISD Board of Trustees and held positions as President, Vice President and Secretary.

Rick Gehring
Rick has over 40 years of experience in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, having worked for Marathon Oil, Ferrellgas, Mark West Hydrocarbon, and LyondellBasell Industries. He has extensive experience in natural gas liquids, olefins, and pipelines and is a past president and program director of the Petrochemical Feedstock Association of the Americas. Rick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Houston.

John Randolph
John brings 38 years’ experience in the Natural Gas Liquids industry to the Easton Energy team. John, being a strong, strategic analyst combined with his detailed NGL knowledge has led successful commodity management teams that worked closely with refinery blending, chemical feedstocks and gas plant production in both the gulf coast area and on an international platform. John’s career has included roles with Texaco (Houston & Tulsa) and Texaco International (London), Williams Energy Resources (Tulsa), ConAgra Trade Group (Omaha) and BioUrja Group (Baton Rouge). Mr. Randolph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.

Jeff Roper
Jeff has more than 23 years of experience in the midstream energy industry. He has legal expertise in a wide range of industry segments, including petrochemical, refined products, natural gas liquids, brine, and natural gas pipelines and storage. Prior to joining Easton, he served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP; Assistant General Counsel for Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, LP; and Senior Attorney for Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company, LLC. Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M, a Master of Arts in English from the University of Oklahoma, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston.

Jennifer Paulsen
Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant with 18 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Jennifer has over 11 years of public accounting experience serving companies in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries. She joined the private sector in 2012 and has spent her industry career in the midstream space with director-level roles at El Paso Corporation, Kinder Morgan, Inc., and Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, where she managed all aspects of technical accounting matters for significant transactions, as well as the implementation of new accounting guidance and helped develop the Midstream Industry Group with a following of over forty companies in the Houston area. Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration.

Matt Cesarz
Matt brings over 25 years of pipeline, underground hydrocarbon storage and petrochemical industry experience to Easton Energy. Prior to joining Easton, he served in various HSE, regulatory compliance, engineering and leadership roles with the US Air Force, Equistar Chemicals and LyondellBasell Industries. Matt holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
